Blueberry-Peach Pops

So the first thing I made with the abundance of peaches was peach cobbler of course... and after the heaps of ice cream and endless amounts of sugar I just had to make something else with these peaches that was still enjoyable but that didn't give me a sugar headache! So here it is, Blueberry-Peach Pops!
I made some blueberry-lime popsicles a few weeks back and have been experimenting on what works best.  These popsicles still act as a treat, but are healthy bites of fruity goodness! :)

Blueberry-Peach Pops
(makes 6 depending on the size of your popsicle tray)

3 small-medium sized peaches (plus a few whole slices for the pop)
a handful of blueberries (plus a few more for freezing whole in the popsicle)
juice of half a lime
a few spoonfuls of yogurt (I used french vanilla for these)
1 tbsp. of agave syrup (you may use more or less depending on how sweet your fruit is)

1. Blend or puree the 3 peaches, handful of blueberries, lime juice, yogurt and agave.
2. Pour them into your popsicle trays and add fresh slices of peach and a few berries to each one.
3. Freeze for thirty minutes and then add the popsicle sticks.
4. Freeze for an additional 2 1/2 hours and they should be ready to eat!
